Kia India Design Center is hiring Interior Designers at two levels — Junior (0–3 years) and Senior (7–10 years) — in Hyderabad.
We’re looking for designers who can hold the entire interior in mind — from the moment a user opens the door to the way their fingers find the controls. Whether you’re early in your career or already carrying production programs, we want designers who treat IP, door trims, seats, console, and overhead not as separate deliverables but as one continuous human experience.
Junior Designers will sketch, ideate, and contribute under the mentorship of senior designers and the Styling Design Sector Leader.
Senior Designers will lead interior proposals from concept to production, collaborate with HQ Namyang as co-authors, and mentor the next generation.
