About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepairs Solicitor to join our legal team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy local authority in managing housing disrepair claims and ensuringpliance with statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise on and manage housing disrepair cases, including pre-action protocols and litigation.

Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.

Represent the authority in negotiations and, where necessary, at court hearings.

Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders on housing law and related matters.

Ensurepliance with relevant legislation and council policies.
