Immediate need for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join a Group Legal team of a busy plc in the real estate asset management and development sector on a 3 month contract, providing coverage across the team through the summer months.

Central London, hybrid working. CONTRACT ONLY - this role is not be with a view to go permanent.

Supporting the Head of Legal you will be responsible for a broad remit of corporate transactional work, commercial contract negotiation, providing general legal advice to the business and instructing external counsel when required.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 10+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a private practice, preferably within a highly regarded corporate team coupled with similar experience in-house within a plc environment.
