Job Description

• Design and manage permanent retail spaces and associated maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams ( brands, marketing, commercial) and external partners (suppliers, decorators, retailers).
• Oversee technical aspects of proposals and logistics (deliveries, orders).
• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and negotiate quotations.
• Supervise external producers for furniture and prototypes; approve materials and quotes.
• Provide suppliers with clear design briefs and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and allocate CAPEX/OPEX budgets in coordination with Marketing & Sales.
• Control all permanent fixtures within TRE (where, what, how many).
