Interim Quality Manager Needed in Oregon Healthcare System
The Position
An Interim Quality Manager is needed to support quality management operations for a flagship hospital and two additional locations.This role will report directly to the Vice President of Quality and work collaboratively with the Infection Prevention and Accreditation teams.The position will play a crucial role in assessing current practices, correcting deficiencies, and implementing new policies and procedures to ensure readiness for surveys.The ideal leader will have strong quality expertise, experience with analytics, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach.Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. An RN is preferred, but not required.Previous healthcare experience required.The Community
