We are currently supporting an international food manufacturing company in the search for an experienced Interim Maintenance Manager to lead a critical transformation project at one of its strategic production sites in Valencia.

This is a high-impact assignment focused on:

Improving operational reliability

Reducing equipment downtime by 30–45%

Strengthening preventive maintenance practices

Driving the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance

Supporting ongoing investment and modernization projects

Ideal profile:

- Strong industrial Maintenance Management experience

- Background in process industries (food experience is not essential)
