This is a key temporary position focused on assessing and developing a high-value donor portfolio, strengthening relationships, and identifying future fundraising opportunities to support the organisations strategic goals.



Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate the current major donor portfolio, pipeline, and strategic fit for growth.

Review existing donor relationships and identify new engagement opportunities.

Develop and implement tailored relationship and stewardship plans for high-value supporters.

Cultivate relationships with donors and prospects to understand their motivations and strategic interests.

Explore donor networks to expand support and uncover additional fundraising potential.

Provide strategic recommendations on future supporter engagement, investment, and resource needs.
