Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to CLOs and other financial instruments.Provide legal advice on structured finance transactions and regulatory compliance matters.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and legal standards.Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.Support the legal department in managing risk and resolving potential legal issues.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.Work with external counsel and other stakeholders as needed to address complex legal matters.Maintain organized records of legal documentation and case files.
