The Interim HR Consultant will be employed on the short term to support the Finance Director in setting the HR foundations writing HR policies, procedures, processes and ensuring compliance in line with the Employment Rights Bill.

Evaluate what the business currently has in place and identify what is required in line with the business need
Review and implement HR processes and procedures.
Writing HR and ER policies in line with the Employment Rights Bill
Ensuring HR Compliance
Support with initiating a law firm to provide legal/HR support as and when required for the businessProfile
A successful Interim HR Consultant should have:
Have experience setting up HR functions from scratch
Writing HR/ER policies and procedures
