Rate: £700-£930 per day equivalent (Inside IR35)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Global Reward & Benefits Specialist to join a leading international organisation on a 2-3 month fixed-term contract . This is an exciting opportunity for a senior reward professional to support the delivery of key global reward initiatives across multiple regions during a busy period of activity.
Working within a complex, global environment, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing reward frameworks, policies, and programmes that support business objectives, ensure market competitiveness, and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
