A large, complex public sector organisation is seeking an experienced interim director to provide senior leadership across a diverse and extensive estate.
This role will lead the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused estates operations, including hard FM services, engineering infrastructure, maintenance strategies, statutory compliance, utilities and energy management. You will inspire and manage large multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver a resilient, 24/7 operational service across all aspects of the estate.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of senior estates or facilities leadership within a complex organisation, with experience of managing significant budgets, driving service improvement, leading change and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
