Interim ER Advisor - London Hybrid - Immediate start - c3 month duration - up to 250 per day inside scope via umbrella This well-known brand in the market is looking for 2 ER Specialists or HR individuals with a strong track record in Employee Relations. Your new role Exclusive roles with Hays, you'll be responsible for various levels of ER. This role is working with an established team to assist them in case management throughout the ER cycle. This role will run until June/July with a potential for extension depending on timelines. What you'll need to succeed CIPD qualified or equivalent you will be able to demonstrate a track record of managing complex ER casework for a commercial business.
