Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will provide critical leadership across people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations during a period of operational scaling and transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR infrastructure, enhancing workforce capability, and embedding a high-performance, safety-driven culture across the organization.
