The business is at an inflection point scaling rapidly and transitioning from a digitally-nate model into omnichannel retail. They are now building out their technology function and need a senior leader to come in and own this. /p h3 THE CHALLENGE /h3 p The business has outgrown its current technology setup and needs someone to come in, take stock, and build the foundations for the next stage of growth.
