Cath Lab Manager

A well-established hospital cardiac program is seeking a highly experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead program expansion efforts and help transition the Cath Lab into a STEMI-capable facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to play a pivotal role in advancing interventional cardiology services and optimizing Cath Lab operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Expansion

  • Lead efforts to increase patient volume by 20%.
  • Drive the transition of the Cath Lab into a PCI & STEMI-ready program.
  • Work alongside cardiology consultants to align with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.

• Leadership & Team Development

  • Oversee Cath Lab team of 14 FTEs, including RNs, Radiology Techs, and a Charge Nurse.
