Summary You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Responsibilities You will conduct, plan, and monitor the design and construction of substantial new facilities, and renovation and improvement of existing facilities, encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements. You will review architectural and engineering (A and E) statements of work. You will provide technical review of design calculations, analyses, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards. You will serve as a technical representative for negotiation and administration of contracts. You will monitor construction to assure compliance with contract provisions and standards and participate in meetings with contractors and project sponsors to assure adherence to schedules and designs.
