+ Contribute to mood board and storyboard brainstorming with the Marketing team
+ Create photos and short-form videos for social media and internal use
+ Write and edit content related to rooms, dining, spa, events, guest experiences and others
+ Develop visual assets for brochures, posters, banners, leaflets, presentations, and on-site announcements
+ Proofread advertising copy, collateral, and press materials before release

**Social Media**

+ Take ownership of assigned sections within the monthly marketing plan and report
+ Plan, prepare, and execute social media content across all owned channels
+ Monitor online guest sentiment and escalate issues to the Marketing or PR lead
