Support the Intellectual Property practice at Gowling WLG as a Legal Administrative Assistant. This role focuses on legal documentation and client correspondence, primarily from the Ottawa office.
The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks for trademark professionals, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in correspondence and legal document preparation. With a minimum of 5 years of experience required, you'll liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain smooth operations while employing excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
