We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented Integrations Project Coordinator to support the delivery of vendor integration projects across our platform.

You will work closely with the Vendor Integrations Product Manager, Engineering, QA, Support, Sales, Finance, and external vendors to keep integration projects moving from planning through to testing, staging validation, production readiness, and post-launch follow-up.

This is a delivery-focused coordination role. Your main responsibility is to keep project information accurate, up to date, and context-rich enough for teams to make the right decisions quickly.

This role is suitable for someone early in their career who is organised, proactive, comfortable following up with stakeholders, and willing to learn the operational and technical details behind vendor integrations.
