The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the installation Integrated Prevention Chief and program manager, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Integrated Resilience Office at an Air Force/Space Force installation. Responsibilities This position does not meet minimum coverage for application of the GSSG as supervisory duties do not constitute a major duty occupying at least 25% of the incumbent's time. This position provides technical and/or administrative direction to one or more subordinates, but occupies less than the required minimum of the position's time; or is not performing the full range of supervisory duties for subordinate employees.
