Job Description:
• Analyze and spearhead business strategies using data to optimize allocation of resources from sales operations to seller programmes.
• Support commercial target-setting process to guide business growth effectively towards overarching objectives.
• Work with Business Intelligence and Data Product teams to create and maintain dashboards to keep track of key performance indicators, as well as ensure data is accurate and actionable for key stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities by collaborating with regional and commercial teams to innovate seller program design and benefits.
• Drive adoption of key seller programs by developing strategic communications and equipping commercial teams with the tools to articulate program value.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to refine and optimise incentive distributions through data-informed target setting.
