Partner 1:1 with assigned Private Bankers to originate structure and execute insurance cases across a defined HNW/UHNW book.
Participate in joint and individual client meetings to prepare bespoke insurance analyses aligned to the clients total insurance need and longterm goals.
Devise and implement effective strategies to drive sales through a customer-centric lens.
Educate private bankers on products planning strategies.
Train and enable front office teams on use cases (e.g. legacy equalization keyperson/creditor protection premium financing considerations and pipeline management).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in collaboration with Private Bankers Investment Counsellors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent origination tracking and conversion of insurance cases.
