The Institutional Portfolio Services Team is responsible for supporting and overseeing operations for our Fixed Income Insurance business. The individual will work closely with internal teams (Operations, Technology, and Front Office) as well as with external vendors (Clearwater and Blackrock). They will also help to oversee the quality of the data based upon several data validation checks that are run daily.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Instruct Clearwater on new account opening setups
+ Instruct posting of asset transfers in Clearwater and validate accuracy post completion
+ Oversee daily positions reconciliation report which highlights differences between Clearwater, Aladdin, and Custody; reach out to respective teams to resolve differences
+ Drive weekly joint meetings with Clearwater, focusing on the agenda items
+ Partner with Technology to develop a solution to validate data loads from Clearwater to Aladdin
