Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course, willing to learn, and passionate about automotives.

Possesses good problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Adaptable and flexible to change.



Key Responsibilities:

Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.

Ensure that all claims for inspection and evaluation are attended to within the specified turnaround time (TAT) set forth by the company.

Collaborate with Adjusters and Processors to minimize and prevent fraudulent claims.

Prepare and submit necessary recommendations to ensure a fair settlement is rendered.

Review outstanding claims and losses.
