Role Overview Electrum is seeking an Insurance Assistant Manager to lead insurance partnership management and day-to-day claims handling for Electrum's fleet, ensuring policies are active, claims are submitted properly, approval rate improves, and claim recovery supports healthier fleet economics. You will work closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and external vendors/insurers to drive efficient claims handling and recovery.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day coordination with insurance partners, brokers, and internal operational teams.
Oversee claim submission process end-to-end, including document completeness, status tracking, approval follow-up, and issue escalation.
Ensure policy registration and insurance administration are accurate, timely, and properly reconciled. Monitor claim ratio, approval rate, rejection reasons, and turnaround time, drive actions to improve performance. Identify operational gaps that ...
