**Job Description**
This role focuses on installing fiberglass or rock wool batt insulation in exterior walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces for a variety of residential or commercial projects. You will work on different job sites, using a consistent installation process while adapting to changing environments and conditions. The position requires hands-on construction skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load and log insulation materials and related supplies onto trucks at the start of each job.
+ Transport materials safely to job sites and ensure they are organized and ready for installation.
+ Erect scaffolding, ladders, or other access equipment to the required height in a safe and secure manner.
