GCE is seeking a seasoned I&M Project Manager to lead complex geotechnical and structural monitoring programs for major infrastructure, tunneling, and transit projects. The PM is the primary point of accountability for the lifecycle of a project from initial bid support and system design to final decommissioning. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and analysts, ensuring that monitoring systems are deployed on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with project specifications. This is a high‑responsibility role requiring a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and superior stakeholder management.
Primary Scope of RoleOwn the execution of multiple I&M projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet GCE’s quality standards and client expectations.
