• Conduct training workshops, carry out assessments, and compile results.
• Design and develop new courses, review and update technologies/training courses.
• Assist in developing policies and SOPs.
• Assist in selecting and processing training-related material and equipment.
• Maintain and update records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS/ BSN / BSMT with at least 1-2 years of related work experience. Candidates with AHA (American Heart Association) certification shall be preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
• Good teaching, communications and interpersonal skills.
