Summary About the Position: This position falls under the DoDEA HQ Education Directorate of Elementary Education Division - located at the Mark Center Building in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities Lead strategic, research-based PK–5 literacy program planning by providing PK-5 literacy expertise, aligning goals, resources, and data to improve student achievement for a globally positioned education system. Direct program implementation and continuous improvement by monitoring performance and using data to strengthen PK-5 literacy curriculum and instruction. Develop and implement PK-5 literacy program policy while engaging stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise to ensure consistent execution.
