**Description**

SAIC is seeking an **Instructional Systems Designer** (ISD) for a hybrid position based in Charleston, SC. This role requires you to be onsite 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to 5 days during peak periods or as dictated by business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and Deliver Training Materials: Collaborate with a team of ISDs to create high-quality, computer-based and instructor-led training products (e.g., lesson plans, checklists, videos, web-based storyboards, presentations, exercises, and assessments) tailored to the target audience and aligned with learning objectives.
+ Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, programmers, and technical writers to ensure effective and accurate courseware.
