In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions that support firm-wide systems, technology platforms, and evolving business processes. You will lead the creation of structured training programs, knowledge resources, and sustainment materials that drive adoption, strengthen knowledge transfer, and support organizational change across the firm.
