**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
+ Minimum 2 years recent experience with instructional design to include industry standard authoring tools (ex. Captivate, Articulate) and virtual classroom (ex. Adobe Connect).
+ Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles and curriculum design to include classroom and blended solutions, and ADDIE process (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
+ Project management experience.
