Job Summary:
The
Instructional Designer will support training curriculum development for apprenticeships within the Power Generation utility industry. This role focuses on
technical training development, content creation, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships in the Power Generation utility industry. Develop learning materials for technical content, including hands-on practice activities, student guides, facilitator guides, scenarios, videos, assessments, simulations, and other instructional media. Perform a detailed task analysis for each job function, business process, or system for which training will be developed.
