Job Overview: The Instructional Designer - L&D is responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals, while also supporting business performance by driving key KPI’S. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this role focuses on designing training programs, developing instructional materials, and enabling knowledge transfer through train-the-trainer and facilitation activities and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance employee development and performance. The Instructional Designer plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Responsibilities: Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and facilitator guides job aids without the use of AI design tools.
