The Instructional Designer reports to the Manager Learning & Development and serves as a lead architect for the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning programs and training plans across various formats including eLearning, instructor-led, and blended delivery. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical professional who thrives on applying AI tools, automation, and learning data insights to build engaging, scalable education experiences for adult learners.
