This role partners with Learning & Leadership Development, Human Resources, Safety, Quality, Operations, IT, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, implement, and maintain modern learning experiences using advanced instructional design methodologies and emerging technologies. This position serves as a strategic learning consultant and is responsible for creating high-quality multimodal learning solutions including eLearning, video-based learning, simulations, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), instructor-led training (ILT), microlearning, performance support tools, and AI-enhanced learning assets.
