**Installation Helper**

**Job Description**

The Installation Helper works alongside lead technicians to support the installation of fireplaces and related components. This role provides an extra set of hands on site, assisting with a wide variety of tasks that change from project to project. It is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in an environment where each day can look different.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with the lead technician as a right-hand helper on fireplace installation projects.
+ Move, carry, and position materials and equipment as directed by the lead technician.
+ Hold materials in place during installation to ensure accurate and safe placement.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to assist with installation tasks under supervision.
+ Climb ladders as needed to access work areas safely and efficiently.
