Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
β’ Managing the scheduling and administration of installations for our customers
β’ Keeping customers up to date throughout each stage of the process
β’ Delivering IFS to install not to exceed 13 daysΒ
β’ Completing post install NPS calls with the customerΒ
