• Assist with scheduling parts-pending jobs
• Coordinate office workflow across install and service teams
• Create and release purchase orders for vendors
• Align documentation for invoicing and forward to accounting
• Act as vendor liaison and respond to customer inquiries
• Answer phones, handle correspondence, and perform data entry
• Run system queries and maintain accurate records
• Support a high-volume operation during peak summer months
