**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Inspector Senior you will be responsible for performing all assigned duties in a safe, compliant manner and communicating leadership issues that could impact business operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead inspection peers in daily inspection work area assignments.
+ Lead in shifting inspection assignments to ensure production needs are met
+ Ensure new inspectors are trained/certified in assigned areas
+ Demonstrate organizational skills and engage with the team to ensure success
+ Ensure Leadership is informed /notified regarding discrepancies that could impact production.
