NOV Cairo - We are seeking motivated and high-potential graduates in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy/Materials Engineering, or Science (Physics/Chemistry) to join our technical team under a structured Development Program.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure across inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), lifting equipment inspection, quality control, operational, and technical support functions. The initial phase focuses on practical field experience and operational process understanding to build strong technical foundations.
Following a six-month performance evaluation, candidates will enter a structured internal training and qualification pathway based on technical aptitude, commitment, and performance. The program is designed to develop future specialists in inspection, NDT, lifting inspection, quality assurance, and technical operations.
