THE ROLE
The Visual Communications Production Coordinator ensures the successful execution of event productions by coordinating personnel, managing administrative processes, and supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must input crew time accurately and submit prior to deadlinesCreate and maintain any administrative documents requested by the project managersΒ Handle all travel arrangements for crew, vendors and project managersMaintain regular communication with the management teamAdvance equipment and site needs for showsΒ Attend production meetings as outlined by the head of departmentMaintain a detailed and thorough filing system and database managementMaintain accurate vendor records and assist with creating purchase ordersEnsure that working conditions are safe and that employees are following company safety procedures
