Position Overview
Our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm is seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join its Restructuring & Insolvency Team, based in Glasgow; however, Edinburgh may also be considered.
The role focuses primarily on non-contentious restructuring matters, advising lenders, corporates, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and supporting non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate restructurings, refinancings, debt restructurings, business and asset sales, and formal insolvency processesAdvising lenders, borrowers, directors and insolvency practitioners on risk, strategy and structuring optionsDrafting and negotiating complex transactional documentationCoordinating multi-disciplinary teams across relevant practice areasEnsuring compliance with internal information security policies and safeguarding confi...
