Well-regarded corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team in London is seeking to recruit an Insolvency lawyer of 0 to 4 years’ PQE. The team has specialist expertise in all aspects of CRI and its services include:

• restructuring of solvent and insolvent companies including debt restructuring, refinancings, debt for equity swaps, distressed investing, loan to own strategies and distressed M&A;
• schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans;
• pre-formal insolvency advice and planning;
• advice on directors’ duties and liabilities in relation to distressed or insolvent companies;
• formal insolvencies, including company voluntary arrangements, administrations, liquidations (solvent or insolvent) and bankruptcies;
• security reviews on existing or proposed loans;
