Corporate Recovery Specialist is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join their established Corporate Recovery department in accordance with their strategic growth plan.
You will take on a mixed portfolio of corporate cases to support the Senior Management team.
Main duties will include:
Acting as the lead on jobs undertakenLiaising with Directors both pre and post appointmentLiaising with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues incorporating wrongful trading and other antecedent transactionsResponding promptly to formal communicationsAttending meetings with creditors and shareholdersPreparing statement of affairs and estimated outcome statementsMonitoring job WIP and costs to budgetAllocating costs where appropriateIdentifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of management From the outset, you will have the opportunity to assist...
