The Fibre Upgrade Programme is one of the largest investments in UK infrastructure and is reliant on effective data‑driven insights and decision support. As the programme scales up and introduces more complex infrastructure solutions, the Insights and Data Analytics capability becomes increasingly critical, providing high quality insights, analytics, data management, data anomaly detection and remediation to answer key questions and support decision making at both operational and strategic levels.
