Position Overview
We're looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Digital team at Harrods, sitting within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team. You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand, engage, and grow our Rewards customer base through data-driven insight.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Loyalty teams to uncover customer insights.
- Improve campaign effectiveness and bring clarity to complex questions.
- Experiment with analytical approaches and stay curious about data science and ML commercial applications.
- Own analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition to storytelling and impact measurement.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with Loyalty stakeholders on reporting, campaign planning, and optimisation of customer communications.
