We’re looking for an Insight Manager to join our growing insights team at Mumsnet. You’ll own the delivery of research projects from commission to final presentation, work across quantitative and qualitative methods, and help shape how we use community data and our 20,000-strong Mumsnet Voices panel to answer the questions that matter to our clients.
It’s an exciting time for Mumsnet Insight. We’re expanding our research capabilities with both established and innovative approaches — including proprietary AI and NLP tools such as MumsGPT — and there’s real scope to shape what the function becomes.
Beyond core research, you’ll also support our commercial team by contributing insight-led content to brand partnership pitches. This means turning audience data and community intelligence into compelling stories that help our sales team win partnership briefs.
