The Insight team’s mission is to act as the voice of the Customer and influence Tesco to make confident decisions that aligns with Customer expectations and needs.
In this role you will play a key part in supporting the Clubcard team to deliver customer-centric propositions, as well as being an integral role in guiding the future Clubcard strategy. In doing so, you’ll develop Insight about our customers and competitor set that aligns to the needs of our Insight delivery plan and Insight team accountabilities.
By delivering clear insights and recommendations, you will help evolve and grow our customer facing propositions that help us achieve our targets. You will also use insight and foresight to identify new opportunities.
