The Inside Technical Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support related to products, parts, and order accuracy. This role focuses on assisting customers in identifying correct part numbers, answering technical questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

+ Create replacement part quote estimates for customers using Syteline

+ Enter and process customer orders in Syteline based on received purchase orders.

+ Confirm order receipt and communicate ship dates to customers via email.

+ Identify orders ready to ship and request freight quotes for high-cost shipments.

+ Enter shipping charges and process orders through the shipping system to generate packing slips; provide documentation to the Shipping team.
